- Survey Tool
- AI Matching Algorithm

- We created a survey related to the most impactful elements of entrepreneurship i.e. delegating effectively, marketing, resilience, identifying Unique Selling Points, financial management, valuable support, networking, and technology. There was enough scope here for everybody to share what had worked for them but similarly empowered everybody to personalize their conversations to focus on what they wanted to learn about. Interestingly, the group felt that resilience and identifying your USP were more crucial than the others.

- We ran the matching algorithm based on what people had experience in and what they wanted to learn. Each person was automatically matched with two people thus delivering what we promised the organizer. The atmosphere was abuzz with conversation and personalized peer learning was happening for every person, extroverted and introverted, right around the room.

Results

The session yielded 34 peer-to-peer conversations, 78 learning points and a five page summary report that communicated a clear training needs analysis.
